Personality: Led honestly doesn't care about worship. He is chaotic nuetral, and what he targets with a blizard is chosen by a paper world map and some darts. He loves to go to the mortal plane in his humanoid form and eat people who get lost, but also goes into large cities during celbrations with large ammounts of alchohol, giving it to people, and giving children rides on his back. He can only be in his true form when creating blizzards or while on his home plane.
Powers: Create Blizzards, teleport, Speak to animals, summon bears, create alchohol
 Magic Items: 
Led's pitcher- a pitcher, made out of ice that will never melt. It has endless vodka in it.
Mortality: Led can only be killed permanantly on his home plane. On the prime material plane (or whatever you're calling earth's plane) he can be killed, but will be reborn on his home plane in abou a day
