Disappearing for two days each week isn't too big a deal since I doubt anyone's going to start crying about inactivity after just two days. But if you're able to sneak in an OoC post about being gone for the next few days that'd be really helpful to those who are interacting with you. So yeah, not essential but that'd be great.
