Accepted, although I can't see his appearance (might just be my computer or a bug, I don't know) and I'd like more details pertaining to his powers. Does it work on inanimate and animate objects, must he be conscious of them, etc. Other than that, I think it's fine.

Alright, you solved the memento problem but... his power is still basically the same. I honestly think you should give him a new power altogether since that social power can be pretty weird and I'd just be comfortable with him having a new one.
