Really the sample post should adhere to the rules of regular posting.  Rules 13 comes to mind for length -

[b][i]13. Writing expectations for this roleplay are at least a two (2) paragraph minimum per post. Three (3) to five (5) paragraph posts however would be awesome so long as you're not simply chewing the scenery. Proper spelling and grammar is also expected but small mistakes here and there are understandable. Blatant offenses will be called out.[/i][/b]

Though if you want/need to write more than that feel free to go wild.  We'll read the sample regardless of length.
