Looks like he was at the right place. Before he could talk, a tall girl walked in. Connie patiently waited at the doorway, letting the girl talk. However, he was taken-aback by the girl's rather deep voice. Ah, well, whatever. Whether or not the girl was a transgender hardly mattered to Connie. It was all about personality. And she had quite explicitly stated that she was a weirdo. Connie opened his mouth to comment on that before another girl walked in, cutting him off. 

The newcomer had rocking tattoos. She held up a flyer, asking the same question Connie had asked earlier. A guy answered her, introducing himself as Andy - Ah! So this was the Andy from the flyer. Connie studied him, taking note of his glasses and how he was slightly taller than Connie. He was so absorbed in studying Andy that he missed half of what another girl was saying. 

And wow, wasn't she a party-pooper? Connie wondered why this girl even bothered to join a paranormal club if she didn't believe in the supernatural but then he realized that he also didn't believe in it as well. But she seemed rather confident in herself and her skills and Connie wished her the best of luck in his mind. Turning his attention back to the boy in front of him, Connie took the offered hand and shook it vigorously.
