I think the turning to a normal werewolf but with the eyes and teeth of a vampire only wider would work out well. Though for the most part, other than their pupil turning black, red, and rarely white. They are just like human eyes. So if we did that, would they have to be in werewolf form to drink blood or would they be able to drink in human form too?

Yeah the meshing of instincts will be the hard part. Though I think the hybrid should have both the speed of a vampire and strength of a werewolf.
