[@PyroDash888] Damn, that's worse than mine. Mine's a mild case where it closes up if I run hard in cold weather or do a dead sprint for a long time. It used to be worse, but 5 solid years of martial arts has made me come a long way from then. Maybe try building your resistance up, starting with jogging or swimming? Swimming's actually a lot easier on your joints too, so it's an excellent alternative even on it's own. Just an idea, though. I'm not too familiar with the science behind it.
