Hm... I don't know if 'joy rides' would work. 

Although there are a number of things that can boost or lower Synchro rates, I wont spoil them just yet. For now, the only obvious ones will be missions and interactions with others, along with one's mentality. There are other things, but they will be revealed as the RP goes on.

Also, Iskander's Synchro Rate is 71%, so you might want to write it down on their CS somewhere. It's up on the OOC OP too in case you need to look there.
