I've done my best to make sure none of it is in very large bounds. The most he's done so far is: Fire: Create an amount of fire at a hot temperature. Earth: Form a very hard metal-like substance around his hand. (No big movements of big things. He can't just pick up a building and throw it at someone, and he isn't insanely strong either.) Light: This is his really strong suit, and why the other powers are more toned down: He can make light constructs that can be practically perfectly sharp. He's turned into light to travel at (maybe) the speed of light. Shadow: Just more decay. Electricity: Exhibiting the manipulation of streams of electricity, and small amounts of directly create electricity.
