Yes, and no at the same time.

The suits are the same regardless of gender and are a one-size fits all, but are skin-tight due to the fact that they are supposed to protect your body from trauma. They absorb shock damage depending on the amount of force applied if you get punched, or hit with a pipe, or get thrown around in your cockpit, so you'll be fine and wont feel much of anything (maybe a thud or something). They are also fireproof and also meant to be a portable life-support system on the field. 

They're easily able to get used to like a second layer of skin and can be quite comfortable.
