Kaia whimpered but didn't have a chance to step in as she was scooped up by the black haired man she was hiding behind and takes away from the battle. "W-Where are we going?"

"Somewhere safer. She's going to lose her lid..." Yasha said quietly as he climbed over a fence and ran farther from the battle, keeping the girl in his arms. If Crimson had saved her then there was a reason she would now be under his care. Anyone his sister allowed to see him and her was someone Crimson would want Yasha to protect to the best of his demonic abilities.
