[/quote] I think mainly what he is saying, is after release(unless the person can then control the released energy, as some presumably can). Hence the arrow reference. You can point, and shoot, but from then on, it's down to a hope and a prayer. It's different if you can then twitch a finger or two to control the direction of your projectile.
