Powers: Omni-venom injections:  As a non-addictive variation of Bane's Venom mixed with medical nanites and concentrated proteins that was developed by Lexcorp, it improves muscle mass, durability, and neural conductivity, as well as giving the user a minor healing factor.  The improved muscle mass and durability gives him approximately 5x normal human strength.  The durability is the result of the medical nanites producing a web of carbon nano-tube throughout his body, giving him highly increased resistance to damage.  The increase in neural conductivity roughly doubles his raw intelligence, heightens his senses, and cuts his reaction time in half.  The healing factor is roughly equal to ten times normal human healing rate, allowing him to heal broken bones in a matter of days.  He must receive a new injection every 18 months or the effects will wear off.  Luckily John Jordan has the production process on file in case they get stuck in the past.
Computer Neural Interface: Let's him wirelessly control devices that are configured for it via mental interface.  Due to the difference in frequency, communications protocols, and encryption patterns, he can only interface with future tech and, while in the past, some alien tech.

Weaknesses:  He has no special resistance to high energy weapons or magic, relying on his armor to defend against them.  His enhancement also requires that he eat roughly twice the normal number of calories and three times the normal amount of protein.

Equipment:  Promethium armor (auto-repairing highly resistant armor made popular by Deathstroke, it also has a built in forcefield, communications equipment, a computer with holo-interface, and tractor boots, which can attach to any surface with a force of 100kg.  The boots allow him to run on any solid surface that can withstand his weight.), Reinforces Titanium Plasma Sword (a blade made of nano-tube reinforced titanium, it can be deactivated to work as a normal sword or activated to have a plasma field around the edge.  This field is hot enough to cut through hull armor with relative ease, though the power cell limits it to only a few minutes of activation.), Titanium reinforced Bow (a simple reinforced titanium bow with a 200 kilo draw weight), Arrows (possible types include Titanium barbed, charged ion, quantum, hardening foam, titanium net, electro-stun, plasma (form picture, designed for maximum penetration) and penning trap (stores one centi-gram of anti-matter for up to two hours, which explode with a force of .43 kilotons)), Recharging station (for penning arrows, contains 2 grams of antimatter, and can last for several days without recharging), nano-assembler (nanites are used to make equipment from schematics and raw materials), Arrow Fighter (A sleek model of ship designed by his father and built for speed and maneuverability, it has a particle beam cannon, shields, and a hyper-drive. Bio: When Red Arrow came aboard the ship to serve as first officer he was missing an arm, but brought a two year old boy with him.  When asked who the kid's mother was, all he would say is "she didn't make it."  Oliver grew up on the ship, learning from his dad, the captain, and the captain's wife.  He grew up with their kids and even dated their oldest daughter when she was old enough.

He spent a good bit of his time practicing with the security staff and flying against the ship's fighter pilots, even managing to out-fly several of them.  He flew against pirates and was in the space battle to free the humans of Apokolipse.  When the retreat was ordered, he met up with the others and followed them back to Earth.  Eventually Luthor and Wayne finished the Time Portal and he volunteered to go back in time, to try and stop the invasion.  Wayne agreed.
