But either way he is good with memorisation as a whole, considering that mind of his (and all those other minds). Actually, I can think of several equally good places, including Switzerland, Singapore, and South Korea. Ignoring the fact that they all start with S, Switzerland, Singapore, and South Korea are economic havens. South Korea has no real danger from North Korea, since it has a superior army despite hardly spending anything on it. And as a sysadmin my dad would do great there, or even in Singapore.
