No Mixing of Kekkei Genkai at the start to prevent overpowering characters. If you want another kekkei genkai you need to take it from an enemy who has it and find someway of making it your own.

The Uchiha Clan still exists in mass however Madara is dead and so is his brother Izuna.

Ice Release is a possible kekkei genkai. Depending on the village however it may not be available as how would an ice ninja be in the Sand Village?


Before I start making an OOC I need to know which village you guys want to be in. We need a general consensus on which village this will take place in as we will all be on the same team. I have a ninja already made for the Leaf, and the Mist so I'm ok in both regards my preference would be Kumo, Iwa, or Konoha. The other villages, even minor ones, are available for votes.
