Everything hurts if you apply enough force.  Groin, throat, ears, jaw, toes, fingers...as for one that takes little force to be pretty brutal: the eyes are a quicker and more effective target if striking with the hands against an unaware opponent.  An aware opponent wouldn't be close/permissive enough for an effective groin attack.  Point is, humans are full of 'flaws' (weak spots) that both sexes share, many of which are far more reliable in actual combat than those targeted at gender-specific regions.
