[b]Personality[/b]: 
Rose is quiet and can always be found at the edges of a room. She tries hard not to be noticed by others. She takes pride in being unnoticed even in plain sight. It gives her no end of amusement to watch people go on their merry way. Needless to say she likes to watch people. She reads a lot of books on human psychology in an attempt to understand the actions people take. With her eternal youth, she has taken on an outsiders view on human interactions. She sees something there that no one has yet explained. She is trying to answer that question but is unable to say what that question it. She has felt it her entire life but becoming a magical girl gave her a means to seek it out.

She goes with the flow on most matters never seeking conflict. Like water, she takes the path of least resistance. She can become as ridged as ice when it comes to things she believes important, but rarely do people push her far enough that she has to push back. She believes in the rights of the individual to do as they please. She will allow anyone to act according to their own will. She is willing to give advice but one just has to ask first. Nothing in this world is free, everything has its price. If people want to disregard her advice they do so at their own peril.

[b]Bio[/b]: To get personal information out of Rose that is anywhere near the truth is a feat of epic proportions. She does not like to talk about herself. Rose's father died in the service of his country when Rose was about 8 years old. Rose was the one who answered the door when men in formal military attire came to inform the family of his death and present her with her father's metal of Valor. The loss devastated her entire family. She was an only child and her mother was her only family member. Her mother withdrew from Rose and the world. Her mother was barely able to work and her health deteriorated. When Rose was 10 her mother was diagnosed with cancer and began a long fight against it. Rose remembers the 3 year long fight, all the doctor appointments, missing school days, and trying to convince her mother there was something in the world worth living for. Her mother eventually died of Cancer and Rose was left in the care of the State. It was not long after that that she became a magical girl and ran away.
