Equipment: needles for mid to long range and a kunai blade for short range. Keeps blood increasing pills for a hard fight and carry a bingo book on him to capture criminals. Normally carrys military food ration pills and especially poison to use on his needles

Kekkei Genkai: known as the dark eyes, a new mutation seen only in recent years sees it allows its user to see the body framework from nerve points to blood and skeletons 
bloodline: his bloodline gives him access to the clans medical falcons that are known for speed in delivering messages and carrying back supplies

Personality: a hard worker and perfectionist. Masatake is also a smart mouthed person not wanting anyone to bad mouth his ability Masatake is very honorable and never backs down from a direct challenge to him and his own skills. Masatake has problems with authority figures in his live and as such can come off as rather stubborn or even just rude to those that give him orders. However Masatake also knows the importance of following a command of his superior he will just complain about it. 

History: Masatake's dark eyes aren't found by any history book because its a relatively new visual justsu. His ability to use this visual justsu is considered by most a unusual mutation. what Masatake knew to this very day and because of it Masatake has had a new mutation form in his eyes that he proclaimed the dark eyes or "eyes of healing" since they allow Masatake to see the inner workings of any human which allowed Masatake the potential to be a great medical ninja if he wished but he did not simply wish to put his skills into just being a doctor 
he wanted to be out their avenging his family

His visual justsu is new but isn't completely so considering that despite their size Masatake's clan is still considered the best in all things medicine. Being that he came from a medical clan with special visual justsu Masatake was able to develop around the experience of medicine and procedures learning in ways to save peoples lives. His father was the current head of the clan while his mother was known to be wise beyond her years and was always giving others advice she was a kind soul and a great mother.  Masatake always believed in others and was always nice to other people despite his father being busy often when dealing with medical emergencies that needed an expert he was still a good man who did his best to make time for  Masatake  and his little brother Kien who was considered the baby brother at the time since he was only learning to walk. Angelo took care of his mother and Kien when he could and as one would expect  Masatake was a protective older brother all in all he lived a happy life until one certain day...

it was to be  Masatake 9th birthday at the time his little brother was 4 and was able to learn talking and asking for things  Masatake was walking home from school with the other kids hoping to get home to a surprise birthday party however when he got closer he realized that his home was on fire,  Masatake ran into his home to try and see if anyone was okay however what he saw shocked him because he saw his mother bleeding to death in a corner trying to hold onto kien with the last of her life and his father fighting but loosing by being stabbed by numerous kunai by men in dark cloaks that covered most of their body  Masatake tried helping by grabbing a nearby kunai and stabbing one of the men in the leg making him drop to the ground but  Masatake was quickly kicked off and went flying through a wall. The last thing  Masatake sees from that night is his brother being taken by the 3 men while he was left to burn in the house with the rest of the family. 

Remarkably or unfortunately Masatake survived with only minor burns but the rest of his family excluding his brother died that night in which case it would be Masatake who would be the next to lead the clan but he repeatedly refuse and said to have the elders take control of the clan until Masatake mission was complete he would go to the shinobi academy and learn how to use his medical ninjustsu to help others while searching for those who took his brother and make them suffer while making sure he brought his brother back home...

Other: something that he does out of personal habit is not take off his straw hat, Masatake will bow and kneel as needed but he does not take off his hat unless in the presence of someone he respects
