👑Victoria Harris👑
“Fuck this. I-I don’t need th-this.” Brody mumbled before kicking a table over and storming out of the classroom in an emotional and depressed manner. Tori's eyes blazed with anger and disappointment at Lillith. What in the world was wrong with her? Hateful and nasty comments should stay locked up in your mind but they should never be lashed out against someone And Tori knew better than anyone else... Sticks and stones may break your bones, but words will always hurt you. Words she always tried to remember. “Uh. On that note, why don’t we head on over to the bathroom to check it out? Not to do anything yet, because I don’t know if we’re ready to fight off a vengeful spirit. But if we just go in for a while, in a group, and look, then it shouldn’t bother us unless we bother it. Shall we?” Andy led the Spirit club to, what he believed to be, the haunted bathroom. Tori had heard the rumors too, mysterious disappearances and whispers of someone committing suicide. It seemed a bit misleading and only imaginary, but Tori wasn't going to voice her opinion. She was giving this club one month. Only one month. Tori wasn't sure exactly what she was looking for, or why this club held the answer, but she hoped the club's mix of unique personalities would cause the student body to not act as though she was perfect. Just one month. “We’re not going to bother the ghost,” Andy warned, sneaking a look into the bathroom,“We’re just going to check things out, okay?” Was he being serious? Tori wasn't sure exactly what was going on. Surely the school would know if the girl's bathroom was haunted, right? It was a little strange though that the administration hadn't looked into why no one ever used the bathroom. Couldn't they just remodel it into a computer lab or something? “On second thought,” he said, raising his voice a little. “It looks like we’re going in after all. You can follow me, if you want. Or not.” Andy tossed her and another girl a bag of... salt? You have got to be kidding me? Salt? What was salt going to do? She looked at him skeptically, unsure as how it could possibly solve anything. Once again though, she bit her tongue. One month. Sighing, Tori followed Andy into the bathroom. “Salt repels ghosts,” he said matter-of-factly, grinning ruefully. “Well, temporarily. If you’re coming, you can be in charge of that. If not, give it to someone else.” If you say so... Tori felt a chilled wind slither through her and she rubbed her arms for warmth. It's just a coincidence right? Why is it so cold? Andy picked up a shiny watch, the exact watch Brody had been wearing. What kind of joke is going on? An uneasy feeling made Tori glance around in caution. She even cracked open the bag of salt, just in case. Now you're scared? What is wrong with you? It was strange for Tori to get this creeped out, but something wasn't right. “This isn’t good,” he said. “Brody was here. And now, somewhat obviously… he’s not.” Brody said, and Tori couldn't agree more. What had gotten into her? "... The butt ghost musta got him! What ever shall we DO!? Or maybe, he took a dump in the haunted toilet and it sucked him innnnnnnn! Ha!" "Well duh. After that comment Lillith made, the guy probably was upset. We all know Brody's a sensitive wittle baby~" She giggled. "He probably was upset and left. Case closed." She shrugged, obviously happy with her conclusion of current events. Tori should have been laughing with them, taking this as a joke, but for some odd reason she wasn't. Whether it be the goosebumps crawling up her arms, the shiny watch sitting in Andy's hand, or the jittery feeling inside her, Tori knew this wasn't right. "Sidney, aren't you cold?" Tori asked, rubbing her arms again, "I'm not sure I believe in ghosts, but something just feels off," She said, hoping Sidney would take her seriously.
