No, his specialty was suppressing the natives and he didn't get a lot of work after a while, so he went on to other things in New Camden. His sort of business died down after the 1960's. Enforcing for de Lacy wouldn't appeal to him, he doesn't consider himself a policeman. Policing is not his sort of unrestrained total warfare.
