But its still an active attack and could be spammed in every post if he wanted to. Usually, only passive skills are the ones that do not require any sort of CD. Im fine with the short CD(idk about Kurisa) since its a basic attack but it will still need a CD. However, everything else in your shikai is accepted so you can rp and spar with bokken, but I need to discuss with Kurisa about your shikai to see his point of view.
