Leo is a tall character standing at 6ft 3” but also a well-built man. He'll normally be caught wearing what's in the picture with his black walking boots always polished.

[b]Equipment: [/b] Carries a Flick knife, and the APP-3 Pistol. 
 
[b]Ability:[/b] (Spatial) Light control, Photokinesis.
 
-Abilities Strengths: With his power Leo is able to bend light around his body turning him practically invisible. Light is able to become a hard substance. Enough to create a small shield that could protect light him for projectiles 
 
-Abilities Weaknesses: The bending of light creates a distortion where he is, it is easily noticed by the trained eye. The Hard light is like plastic, it can take a few shots before shattering, as more shots impact the shield it becomes harder to keep it up and eventually he would have to destroy it.
 
[b]Personal Skills:[/b] As a previous member of the USF he is skilled in close quarters combat and trained with a Pistol.
 
[b]Personal Weaknesses:[/b] He is very weak minded. If confronted with a problem it would hard for him to make decisions easily. He holds a very hard grudge of any form of artificial intelligence and will go out of his way to destroy them even if it means endangering his own life.

Leo lost both his parents at a young age. His mother, who was pilot, was shot down when ferrying civilians to a safe zone on earth, whilst his Father was killed in action on Mars. Ever since their deaths he had been living in a small orphanage. From a young age Leo had always wanted to join the military, he was a keen fighter and often described as a hard adversary. He loved playing sport at that age anything that made him faster or stronger. His favourite was boxing. He had strength and speed, just the thing a boxer needed, also something the Military wanted.

He signed up to the military at the age of 18. After 2 years in boot camp he spent two years on the streets, admittedly he found it pretty boring, not the type of thing he was expecting from the system’s greatest power. Although he didn’t like it he strived for more, He slowly grinded his way up the food chain, and then to his relief he was offered a place on the front lines, a great accomplishment for him. He met up with a team, of great guys, each member had respect for one and other, it was a perfect relationship, but then things changed.
 
Things started to go down-hill after their 21st assignment people started dropping from the other teams. The powers that be tried to cover up what was going on. They said things like: “Due to injury lieutenant Cross has resigned, but luckily we have a new X3 to take his place, he will be missed.” Of course the team knew what was going on, they had seen the broadcasts of jobs being replaced, they had seen the rallies. But none of them expected it to happen to them, and so they played along. Day by day, one by one the team dropped off until it was just him remaining that was until he got the message through the door on annual leave. It read: “Dear Mr Dredge, we regret to inform you that you have been removed from the active ranks of the USF we thank you for your service. You have been granted permits for your weapons. Kind regards, the USF”

After receiving this message Leo was unsure of what to do. He couldn’t appeal the process; his spot was already taken by one of those dumb X3s. That was when the TV gave him an idea, a bunch of radicals where seen protesting against the AI take over. This is what he’d wanted to do, he to fight and so he did. He signed up without hesitation.
