Background: An experienced and highly respected clergyman of a high rank. He was called upon to supervise the Grail War in Russia, so he traveled there with an entourage to do so, considering the Russian Orthodox controls the area. Has a lot of influence. Slightly disapproving of the temporary alliance formed with the Russian Orthodox.
Affiliation: The Church.
Traits: A very competent combatant, using his stature and strength to great effect. Has experience from years of service, and an iron will. Lacks any sort of magecraft save for the Baptism Rites.
Others: Representative from the Church for the supervision of the Grail War. Comes with an entourage of Executors as bodyguards including Marie.

Background: Highest ranking priest in the city, commanding a small group of elite soldiers stationed in the city against any sort of threats. Now has a permanent garrison of soldiers to command due to the mage civil war, in case the mages tried something against the Orthodox. He doesn't really care about the Church, only that they stay out of his business. Beyond that, he couldn't care less if they supervise the war and go home, or go ram each other in the ass and bleat in front of his church.
Affiliation: Russian Orthodox
Traits: Former military, became a priest to be stationed in his hometown. Has unshakeable faith in his religion, ruthless enough to be able to defend against heretics, but kind enough that some people in the city knows him. Exerts a huge amount of influence in the city.
Others: Has command of the Russian Orthodox in the city. Keeps an eye on the Grail War, and has the same amount of authority as the Grail War supervisor when it comes to the city.
