Why hello new favorite thread

[hider=I'M GONNA BANG MY HEAD INTO THE WALL]You'd think we'd get more minimalist production for a song that seems to be about thinking about less. Although I did enjoy the production, I think that getting to hear the progression of all the instrumental tied together by that same guitar riff was an interesting choice.

Lyrically, there wasn't really anything horrible or great-- girl left guy, he's sad and doesn't want to think about it. Although the lyrics and the tone the singer takes seem to imply he's thinking about it all the time and this song is like a weak reassurance to his friends that he's totally not thinking about her. Losses points because he's trying too hard to sound like Adam Levine. 

Not awful, kinda bland though, in my opinion. If I heard this on the radio I probably wouldn't change the station.
