Alucard is *my* problem, something only *I* can deal with, and I'm going to do it right now." Mithias was angry, but not at Bug or Drac. He was more angry at himself for becoming such a douchebag monster... or whatever part of him that Alucard shared. He didn't explain it, but he didn't want to stand by and watch his-self get destroyed by Drac and Bug, not when there was some future at stake, some story that needed to be told. "Your father is fine, but I'm not letting him kill Alucard."
