To say that Mika is laid back and care free is putting it mildly. Very few people consider her to be anything more than a undisciplined youth who wastes her days away smoking, drinking, and partying the night away. Although, this isn't far from the truth Mika is also an extremely resourceful person who thinks on her feet and isn't afraid to take some risks in order to survive. Her independant lifestyle and questionable escapades circumventig the law were born of necessity but since then Mika has grown to enjoy being 'The Rebel'.
[b][color=ed1c24]Appearance[/color][/b]
Mika stands at 5'2" and generally wears a lot of black and red. She generally sticks to the goth-punk style of clothing. Her constant visits to the MMA Fitness Center keep her body toned and sharp. It's not uncommon for her to dye her hair and she generally does so on a whim. Currently she has her natural brown color with the fringes dipped in dark red dye.

Pyromancy; the ability to create and manipulate fire as if by extension of her will. Mika can also convert her body into an amorphous cloud of flames and travel freely through the air.

Mika was raised by her struggling father who fought in MMA tournaments. Her father, Frank, was a good fighter and tough enough to take beatings from some of the scariest fighters in MMA and still stand up afterwards. Despite this he lost more than he won but always came home with money regardless. Mika learned early on that he was taking money for throwing fights. He taught her it was necessary for their survival and that lesson stuck with her. He taught her that helping others is fine but you have to look out for yourself first. Crime wasn't an act of evil for them, it was a means to survive. 

Mika herself has been on the wrong side of the law since she was caught pickpocketing at the age of fourteen, long before she was found out to be a mutant. Since then she's honed her skills and become a relatively successful theif. Although she mostly steals food to eat, she has been known to steal money and other items carelessly left in stranger's pockets well within her reach. 

As she grew old enough she started going to her father's MMA Fitness Center called 'The Iron Pit'. It was little more than a rented space with a few punching bags and some mats for sparring. There she learned to fight like her old man and defend herself as necessary. It wasn't until a year ago that she was caught on video lighting a cigarette with her middle finger. The video was uploaded to youtube and went viral for all of two weeks. The Iron Pit stopped getting new clients shortly after and only a handful of regulars still train there every week.
