Yeah it used to protect the camp before it went haywire, but then Leo fixed it up three times and it became a working metal Dragon again. 

Well, seeing as Festus is a big part of the Hepheastus cabin, and in the fights I believe they would use it as a sort of weapon. Or I'd love my girl to just become it's new caretaker of you think it's too op
