A.) Since not all cabin members will be on the same side I think it's okay to have Festus in the RP. [@CallaLily] You can be the caretaker if you want, and maybe whoever decides to steal him first (probably one of the Hepheastus kids) then they can fight for their side. But if the other team can steal him back, then it's kinda a battle for Festus. Which could be fun.

B.) Romantic collabs are definitely encouraged! It just makes the RP all the more fun. Especially with the two opposing sides ;)
