He has wavy blonde hair and bright green eyes. He usually walks around with a ditsy look on his face when he is not angry or surprised. His low cheekbones make him seem like he is always calm or relaxed. In his academy days he wore a black band tied around his forehead. When he became a genin he kept the same band but stitched the forehead protector onto it. He wears camouflage cargo pants with a pockets to store his kunai and scrolls above each knee. He wears a black t-shirt with his clan insignia on the back. [literally a dot surrounded by two circles] There is a pocket on each should where he keeps his shuriken. He wears standard ninja sandal-boot things. Personality: Fukusho is an audacious child. When he was little his father always taught him to hold onto his dreams and to be the best that he could be. At a young age Fukusho was impressed with his father using their clan techniques for a demonstration so he decided to become a ninja. In a normal social environment Fukusho wasn't very friendly. He usually just makes a big smile and laughs it off. He was never one to hang out with his friends because he was always so focused on being a great ninja like his father. In combat Fukusho does get extremely competitive. He takes an affinity for ninjutsu excelling in it pretty well but slacks off when it comes to strategy. This does cause hi to become frustrated in battle because nothing ever works. He also has a liking towards ninja tools but he hates genjutsu because he thinks it sounds like a cowardly way to win. As for taijutsu he follows the regular routines. History: Fukusho Mato is the child of Kai Mato and Rin Namikaze. Kai was a rogue ninja who took refuge in Konoha because they were the enemy of a village he was on the run from. While he stayed in Konoha he fell in love with Rin Namikaze. Rin was disowned by her family as being the daughter of the family head marrying a rogue. Kai soon adapted to life in Konoha and opted to become a ninja there as long as he passed the required tests that everyone else did. Within two years of wait time he was ranked as a Konoha Jonin. Fukusho was born shortly after his father adaptation into the village. From a young age Fukusho loved to see his father play with his black water move. It was so impressive that Fukusho wanted his father to train him to become a ninja. His father complied but tried to teach him the value of doing the right thing and many other life lessons into their training sessions. His father came from a clan that specialized in the Body Flicker Technique but Fukusho took a bit longer to grasp that one because it wasn't a water move. By the time he was on his last year of the academy Fukusho could summon a clone from water and started to develop the art of Body Flickering. ========================================= Weapons/Items: (optional) === Kekkei Genaki: Name of Kekkei Genkai: Megan Clan: Mato Description: The Megan is a gift that is unique to the Mato clan. This ability utilizes the specific chakra to manipulate Water style into the users eyes. Then the users green eyes become black. The Megan has the ability to extend the user range of perception while under water. Instead of seeing something they will be able to detect it with a jolt to their brain.
