The Bridge,
The mess Hall,
The Kitchen, 
The Library
The armory
The Maintenance closet(Maybe a room)
The crow's nest(Not exactly a room but its an important location)
The deck 
The Engine room
Sick Bay
And maybe an entertainment room of some kind
