[@Voltus_Ventus] That's a pretty big thing to assume for someone who hasn't submitted their sample yet ;P But actually, I didn't decide to use this system because the people applying weren't up to par, so to speak, but more so because I realized I was going about it wrong -- If I'm looking for someone who is compatible to my writing style, what better way to judge that then by actually reading some of their own writing? Looking forward to seeing what you've got for me.
