As Kuro looked at Nagato sensei he couldn't help but wonder what exactly this man had planned for the rest of the class after the previous two students dropped out late in the year presenting the unique problem of leaving an uneven number in the class. His uncle had told him genin had been assigned into three man squads. That meant that the one group that was placed with an extra member. It would mean a whole new team dynmatic and that meant a teacher may not be expecting this. He looked to his left and saw Kirito Takeba and down he saw the future heir to the Aburame Clan Daisuke. To the other corner of the room he saw Kisuke Kubo and Yin Uzumaki. With all of these talented young ninja in the room he couldn't help but wonder how their futures may end up eschewed by the weaker members of the class. Kids like Nagamasa Go and Kio Jin who had no skills in comparison to them. He had to wonder if he himself was about to be taken down an notch or two. "Remember class the worst way to go down the road is by doubting yourself. Doubt leads to pain which leads to failure which leads too you giving up. Giving up is the worst thing you could possibly do. And even worse it could lead to you hurting your team in the future. I taught you better than that! And even now even though you probably are viewing me as some sort of hard ass remember that these things are important! Without proper conduct and without proper etiquette you can't follow your own beliefs to the fullest. Now then remember kids that I may no longer be your permanent teacher but I am still here for you if you need someone to drill some knowledge into those heads of yours. I expect nothing but your best. Any less would be a disgrace to the leaf village and your families! Kirito remind the class what is the will of fire!?" Nagato demanded of poor Kirito who sighed and stood up. Nagato had drilled Kirito hard as he had little self confidence in himself as a ninja. "The strength to continue fighting against all odds, building willpower and strength of character. It is also symbolic of the hopes and dreams of the previous generation being passed to the next." Kirito said quietly before Nagato prompted him to say it louder. He did so and Nagato shouted that he was partially correct though the will of fire was different from person to person. "Good now unless everyone else has a problem or a question then please come on down and grab your village head bands. You all worked hard to get these. Don't lose them. Losing your headband is worse than losing your kunai. Losing your headband signifies your failure of commitment to your village!" Nagato said loudly as he waved his hand back towards a large desk in the front of the classroom. Kuro was uninterested in such babble but he found Nagato Sensei's points to be sound ones. Getting up he got into line in order to receive his headband next to Kirito.
