The Ku-Ni-Tin general that I am referencing was a psychopath who had hijacked the government's assets of war. Staging invasions on the principal of genetic purity, that all races were inferior. 

The irony being that he was 80% machine, and 20% man. Making him a contradiction to his own doctrine. Phenomenal powers came with his mechanical upgrades though. Total nutjob.
