[@Mistress Dizzy] Whenever I get ear aches I'll put something like a hot water bottle against my ear and that usually helps relieve the pain, I actually tend to use it as a pillow and try and get a nap so that might be an idea As for relaxing try indulging yourself in something you love, maybe a really nice long shower, or a big cup of your fave hot drink.. Oh, and making a list of goals you want to achieve in the next week, they can be really minor things but there's something about ticking off a job that gives you a nice sense of control over things
