Perhaps this was the reason he chose to limit his own interactions with the Damned. She was snarky, formal and, as Alex decided shortly after she returned his comments, a bitch. He doubted she'd have been tolorable even as a regular Kindred.. His eyes moved to each of the others in the group, wondering exactly how many of them shared his feelings. She reminded him of a small corporate business owner who hat for her ego. His chest tightened in frustration and a single desire to see her dead for the hunt was over washed over him. Her voice and tone, her mannerisms- everything. Alex passed her a faint smile and dipped his own head. "My name is Alex, and my connections are my own, regardless of where they lie." After basically spitting the words at her, Alex added another smirk, bowing a little again. He didn't give a shit about the sewer rats and the world they lived in. They provided no real purpose other than the puppets or "spies" so many used them as. The rest of the Kindred had at least a purpose, a use. He waved away the strands of hair and looked about the group some more. He couldn't quite work out clans without at least hearing them speak, providing they all held the stereotype. ((Crap post.. Phone post, but I had to get one in.))
