Just thought I'd point out that although Kanitah does have an advantage ducking because he's pretty short Fury's strike is still a punch driving downwards and was aimed at his nose in the first place, so ducking under it cleanly would be difficult, it would probably just come down on the top of Kanitah's head instead. 

Actually scratch that, he is even shorter than I remember, he probably could have ducked under it.
