[@Dondude], If there are skills and items your character possesses as a result of a person from their history, I'd like you to expand more on said person in the background. Whenever I'm concerned, never be afraid to provide more detail. For instance, the 'blood magic' is something you could've mentioned in your background to let us know that your character is aware and interested in it, without necessarily having experience or skill with it. You can put it as 'untrained blood magic' for now. 

The mask is fine, though the dagger will probably be more useful as a plot device than the mask, as the dagger is ornate, made of a highly valuable material, and can be traced back to some cult or other.
