[@Alan Hawke] Before you go any further with your character, I'd like to bring up a few.. Glaring points. 

-We obviously put quality over quantity, but it still has to be consistent. Though I'm sure you were going to edit that. 

-Blade of wind is an A rank. If you're going to downplay it, make it a custom and explain the differences. 

-Game only moves should be customs as well with a link to the game reference. We prefer canon moves because they [i]generally[/i] are easier to evaluate while game ones are not. 

-Unstable version of rasengan? What does that mean? If it's a different version of the rasengan, you'll have to make it custom.
