Namira's ring. Specifically requires luring a priest to a cave and eating him (raw). Probably the worst thing, but to get the Skull of Corruption, whatever Molag Bal's thing is, and the Ebony Mail you're killing random/friendly people all over again. Doesn't [i]seem[/i] like the cat is supposed to be a psychopath.
