I am definatly watching this, works with another character of mine from a dead RP.

Are VIP NPCs specificly created by yourself or could one or two be offered up by other players? Not sure how much I wish to revamp the character in mind, though a complete revision is not out of the question. Think Mr.Freeze if you want a better idea on what I'm [b]possibly[/b] going for.
