Yeah, it'd be great if other players want to help create the city - I encourage it. One, because I'm lazy and don't want to oversee all the activity, and two, because it would just be more fun that way. 

So yeah, I'll probably have the OOC created today - there isn't gonna be much difference, just probably a character sheet and more memorable figures. But yeah, PM your character idea and we'll see where we go from there.
