[@Reflection] Okay. I'll flat out say it. After consulting multiple people over this, I'm going to have to deny Swift release altogether. The reason being that if we nerf it, it'll be so pointless that it'll be unusable. If we don't nerf it, it's ridiculously strong, and there's no arguing in its favor. 

If you find a good alternative to nerfing Swift release altogether, the wires have to go, they're overkill. Your call.
