Heh, funnily enough I was considering a Shokan too, a runt who entered the tournament for the obvious reasons you'd assume a runt from a warrior race would enter a fighting tournament. XD Not entirely sure if I'm going with it though (the whole "fighting to prove I'm not weak" thing seems horribly clichéd, for one thing), although I seem to be discarding a lot of ideas for this for various reasons.  Just can't seem to get anything to fit right in my head for some reason.  Oh well, we'll see how things turn out I guess.
