[@Torack] Two things, 

First, I think the power could use some weaknesses, or drawbacks. I mean, sure relying on a bow and arrow can be a weakness, but "Another drawback is that he cannot use his powers if his hands are incapacitated or compromised in such a way that he can't utilize them" is not really a drawback as it a limit. No one else can really use their powers if their hands are incapacitated. One weakness I have in mind is that the replications are much worse in terms of quality. Like those arrows wouldn't be as effective as the original.

Second, I'd like to see a little bit more detail in the appearance section. I can't really tell what he looks like. Try describing more about his skin, and general disposition.

Mend those two things, and he's accepted.
