[/quote]Yllendthyr is rather open to trade but the oil they get from their homeworld and especially their colonies is sufficient for now. Things may change in times of war, though.
Oil is an easier, cheaper and more abundant source of fuel. Elves of Yllendthyr just prefer the smell of biodiesel. Having heightened senses can suck at times. Many conservative elves hate the current century with all its noise and repugnant smell.
