Bio: Amalthea is one of the daughters of Poseidon and a Water Nymph.  Amalthea is very tender, and curious Water Nymph. At times she can be rather shy and withdrawn around new people, until she gets to know them and learn to trust them. Once people get to know her, they see that is a bubbly, lively and friendly Water Nymph. Even though she moves from river, to river sometimes to the sea and ocean to explore what each water bed has to offer. She does like to visit land and explore the forest, as she has a few nature Nymphs and Dryads who are her friends. Amalthea also knows, that when time for fun is over; she has to get back to her job and protect her natural habitat. 
The Water Nymph has never met a mortal being before. It has been said, the mortals that see a Water Nymph are driven mad by their beauty and fall in love with them. Amalthea is not sure, if it’s just a myth or reality because she has never heard it happen to any of her sisters before.
Amalthea likes to sing, any time she is sitting on the river/sea banks. Her voice has been described as alluring and enigmatic. It’s one of those things that draws in a human’s attention. She can’t help but be curious about ‘Mortals’ and their ways.
