Well. You are security guards in training, so you will have minimal access. 

Starting gear:

Flashlight
Badge
Uniform
Summon
x1 Data summon (He will scan the people you apprehend so that they can't fake their identity.)
x1 Walkie Talkie

Further down the line, if you get more experienced and actually do a good job, you will receive:

Keys to the dorms
Handcuffs
Immunity from the curfew that the school has in place. (even if off duty)
