History: Rai Jacobs, the daughter of Agent Richard Jacobs and Agent Taylor Jacobs, aka two agents of SHIELD. She lived a pretty normal life other than being trained from a young age to fight and defend herself. Then it was discovered that she had electricity manipulation as a power. She was sent to train under Storm at Charles Xavier's school. Unfortunately while she was there her parents were killed by HYDRA agents. It was a depressing time but she has learned to just accept it and not dwell on the past. She didn't let their passing change her except that she worked harder to gain control over her ability. Now she works as a younger agent for SHIELD going on missions or helping out on the helicarrier.
