That would work pretty well with the creature lore I based this on, anyway. The thing about him eating corpses is mostly because I read somewhere that nekomata are known for doing that, and since he has a problem with his eating habits already, I figured that uncovered ones would probably cause his senses to go overboard. It's not completely uncontrollable, it just gets harder to keep from being distracted by it the longer he knows that they happen to be around. I can tone it down for this one, especially since this was part of a role he had in a really crazy story before.
