[@Spoopy Scary] Des remembers most simple words and basic things like talking, walking, breathing and he isn't quite sure where he learned these things. He just doesn't remember more complex things like the stars or what money is or how it works (although he didn't know that before amnesia but that's another story).

And Des isn't quite like Alula or Furnace. Alula can make mystical tellings about someone and it kind of hints towards their past while Des can only read what they're like at the current time. Furnace is kind of oblivious to a lot of things but has a large concept to base things off of while Des isn't awed by anything and kind of knows the world already but he has lost anything that he would be able to connect things to so he could guess what they mean.
